1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- It is returned within **7 days** of delivery
- It is returned in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is provided
2. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **7 working days**.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@justshop.shop
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:
- Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)

- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
5. Return Shipping
